Sam and Beatrice are not only the example of medical professionals but they exemplify customer service at the highest level I came in for some information looking for a new GI doctor and not only did they make me feel at home but they made me feel comfortable enough to set up an appointment with Dr Omar but I felt so inclined to get on Google and tell the world about their excellence. They didn't make me feel like some monetizable patient, they handled me with care and in this industry that needs to be celebrated!
