worst place I ever went to. they don't even deserve 1 star. The staff are liars and offer no help. very bad with referrals and paperwork. if you go there, don't expect too much. I tried calling the 800# to leave a complaint, was routed back to the Middleburg location and was told no other supervisors would take my complaint. I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE.
My Husband knee has been hurting . He called his primary Doctor - Care at Britton Plaza, Dr Hinds at conviva. The office schelded an appointment for him and then called back to tell him to go the emergency room. There was no emergency. I have wanted to talk to Dr.s office and unable to talk to office manger (kohl) or the Dr. #1. these people are pathetic. always slow, no communication, no IT techs to help with tech questions. they keep changing the website and never inform patients. As a few weeks ago I am unable to comm with doctor or even request new meds online. I called the office and they are useless
Convivia Homestead I am a (newly) 65 year young woman. Change my doctor to Conviva in Homestead. My Dr Elizabeth Vazquez is absolutely amazing! I love her. She explains my test results, she listens to me and genuinely cares about my well being! And her staff (my favorite) Claudia couldn’t be any more nicer! Very good and knowledgeable at her job. I am so glad I made the decision to switch to Conviva!
i have went to fort pierce conviva the faculties were generous with my mother. The Doctor spoke well with me and they also have translated personal in staff which both ladies were very professional. I really enjoyed there company.
The Conviva Care center in 9030 Kimberly Blvd needs to improve in the referral department I was schedule for a body scan on 03/12/25 was cancelled due to being the wrong one. An appointment was made for 03/21/25 at RAYUS Radiology and called as I was on my home and rescheduled for the 03/26/25. Went and body scan done but I also needed another scan the Oncologist called stating she had sent the referrals needed and the one missing of my pelvis. This morning, I visited Conviva Center in Boca Raton on Kimberly Blvd and requested a copy of my blood work and was treated rudely by the front desk female African American. At about 0905 to 0915 hours of March 13,2025. She should work with inmates in a correctional facility and not trea t elderly folks with an obnoxious unpleasant manner. My star reflects her on the front desk.

CORAL SPRINGS — Police have received seven more complaints of sexual assault against the sonogram technician who was arrested this week on charges he tried to sexually assault a deaf and mute woman. The complainants told police that Jose Mendoza, of Pompano Beach, had assaulted them during sonograms at Coral Springs Medical Center or Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale since mid-1991.
