Dissatisfied During a visit for kidney stone treatment and stent removal, Dr. Omar Hamoui loudly accused me of lying in the exam room while I was in severe pain. I returned the next day with documentation proving my statements. Although he later apologized, the experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I recently visited Dr. Omar Humoui's office. Every single person on his staff was excellent, personable and professional... Reception, ultra sound tech, nurses and of course the Dr. himself. I actually felt so much better when I left with answers and solutions to all by questions.
Thanks to The Veterans Administration Community Care program I was referred to Shoreline UROCARE for medical treatment. From my first visit to Dr. Omar Hamoui's office I was greeted by a staff of professionals that made the intinal visit process seamless.
