I have been a patient w Dr. Dakheel for years. He is a very thorough and comprehensive care provider. My favorite! Needs more stability at front desk who makes the first impression. Get to know this doctor - he is wonderful.
What a waste of time. He is rude, disrespectful and lacks bedside manner. Clearly does not even read notes from his colleagues and has no clue about anything going on with his patients until they show up. Has medical assistants who can hardly read. No wonder I hardly see any patients there; unlike other practices. Get that chip off your shoulders, the world does not revolve around you.
This is the one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever been to. You have to continuously call the office to check on prescription status. I found myself more on the phone with my pharmacist than ever before. And when you inform them of the issue, they want to schedule another appointment when the issue wasn't handled on the previous appointment. Disappointing.
