Our experience with Eric has been an absolute nightmare. He handled my mother’s case and has been generally uninvolved and unresponsive. It’s clear the only thing he cares about was wrapping up her case with as little work as possible so he could get paid. Wish we could go back and avoid this firm, but you still can.
