Staff is unresponsive and rude. I called two days before my appointment and was placed on hold for over an hour. Called later that day with the same results. I then attempted to call the morning of, wouldn't you know the same wait on hold for over an hour. I just wanted to confirm the appointment and location, as he has two offices.
