The doctor forgot to hit the send button to pharmacy. I don't know how can they simply say this, I went to the hospital for the infection which has been troubling me from 12 days, after waiting for almost 10 days, I got an appointment with this doc, and the prescription didn't reach pharmacy till I followed up twice. I don't know what doctor is going through but doc saw my situation which was acute. She could have sent immediately.
Dr. Kobaisy is wonderful’
The receptionist was an outstanding help to me by going to the doctor to add my request to the blood work. I absolutely enjoyed chatting with the woman while she drew my blood and am so sorry I didn't catch her name. She's the first booth on the right and draws blood without the slightest pain. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there!
