Went in for a last minute blow out. Sandy did a great job. Blowout held very well. Thank you again for taking me in last minute the other night.
I am sorry to say this, but this is the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. First, Sandy washed my hair with cold water, and letting the cold water splashed on my face. Second, I understand sometimes she needs to take care of other customers, but I don’t think letting me site there with my wet hair is acceptable, at least dry my hair first.
