I am sorry to say this, but this is the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. First, Sandy washed my hair with cold water, and letting the cold water splashed on my face. Second, I understand sometimes she needs to take care of other customers, but I don’t think letting me site there with my wet hair is acceptable, at least dry my hair first. Sandy gives a good haircut at a great price with a bit of a back massage after the shampoo. I like it because I can get an appointment easily.
