Omaha Yoga & Bodywork Ctr is the best! This center is gorgeous, with real traditional yoga. . . a must do. The owner, Susi Amendola also teaches the best Yoga Teacher Training Course in the country. Along with her own experience, she brings internationally known teachers in adding to this fabulous program. I love Susi's yoga classes!
