Great visitors center with friendly people that have so much information about Omaha and its history!

May 2025, the staff who work in the visitor center where very knowledgeable and gave us lots of good info about the town and what to visit while we were here. We love Omaha, but very DISAPPOINTED in the Downtown/Old Market area because there is NOT one drugstore, CVS, or Walgreens or even a small Food Mart / Deli where you can get fresh fruit or yogurt etc;, except for Cubby's, off of 13th Street and Jackson St that is part of a gas station and in my opinion a real dive joint.
