All OPPD in Omaha is terrible. Their phone service is impossible to manage. It takes too much time to navigate through and is NOT user friendly. I have had 2 months of trying to get my Bill paid and auto payment set up, but they never have the option to talk to a representative. 4 hours of my life wasted because of the terrible customer service. But they are the monopoly on power in Omaha, so OPPD doesn’t have to correct their terrible services.
