The receptionists are rude , argumentative and cometely unprofessional. They will let you stand there waiting for 20 minutes while they chat with friends on the phone, I had to cancel an appt and listened to her complain and have a mini tantrum on the phone because I cancelled. I couldn't get in once and had to knock and one of them unlocked the door and yelled in my face when I walked in 'It was open!' Dr. Otten as well as Dr. Severa are two of the most skilled Psychiatrists in Omaha. I like to see them stay in the metro area for many, many years to come.
Very rude office staff but outstanding doctors. Wait 2-3 hours for a 10 minute appt. and will allow a teenage patient run out of medication awaiting an appointment. Money first, patient care second.
Dr Severa and Dr Otten are my favorite doctors that I have ever seen in my life. They definitely listen to me and work with me; any input that I might have on meds that have worked in the past, that I might want to get back on again is always taken into consideration by them because if something works, then why change it? Other doctors would dismiss a lot of things like this, and most doctors I've been to insist on giving me garbage new medications that never work when there are meds that I've been on in the past that are co... read more
