Monty has been nothing but wonderful over the last decade we've used his services. First experience was when he helped me when my husband was deployed and we had just moved into our first house, and as with most very old houses, mice in the attic! Monty responded quickly to our initial call, gave me a 2-hour window of time for his arrival, and showed up within that window of time. He was friendly and respectful of our home, asked questions about our pets, and made sure to ask before just arbitrarily placing the pest control in the house. He explained the "why" and the "how" of what he was doing. I hope to never need his service again at this house, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call him!
