Take the negative review complainers with a big “grain of salt”. Maybe Omaha Outdoor’s communication is slow, because they are so busy filling your order. I read a few reviews of others waiting forever for their order, or not hearing anything back for weeks had me scared. I had made my order on Friday and hadn’t heard anything by Tuesday, even though I had called, emailed and messaged Omaha Outdoors for n their site.
