UPDATE: Final visit today: From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this clinic was going to be different. From the detail in the decorations, to the ipad stations, refreshments and snacks, all the added ammenities to serve their customers. The staff were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and interested. Beyond pleased with our first visit. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.
We had a GREAT first visit!! From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness and smiles. They gave my girls welcome gifts which seemed to ease their anxiety and get them excited. They took us for a tour so the girls could see the whole practice. They asked the girls about themselves before ever talking about why they were there. My girls never seemed nervous and thought the place was awesome!!
I've been coming here to periodically get my permanent retainer worked on. The entire staff is always so kind and professional, the facility is comfortable and clean, and the price is not out of my budget even though I don't have orthodontics insurance. Would definitely recommend!
