I was referred by my dentist, Midlands Dental. I had such a great experience here at the 168th and Maple location! Reception was welcoming, giving me a gift bag and a "thank you" card which I thought was a warm welcome. They have a coffee bar and a tooth brush station if you wanted to brush before your appointment. Dr. Allen is very kind and easy to talk with! Omaha Orthodontics has been wonderful on our first journey with a kid and braces. They patiently answer questions, talk through options, and help alleviate some of the fear of the unknown for our kid. We highly recommend them!
I had a top permanent retainer reattached for $100, it didn’t make it a year. I later had the whole thing replaced as well as the bottom for $800 the top is still in tact but the bottom fell off just after a year and I was told I would need to pay the full amount again because they only guarantee one year. Very disappointing considering my old retainers made it 26 years.
