Wow what a horrible experience I had with this facility. I scheduled an annual exam here weeks in advance. I never received any kind of appointment confirmation or reminder. I show up for my appointment to be told that it was supposed to be three hours prior. Not really sure what happened there. I can’t believe no one called me when I didn’t show up earlier? The price for therapy at this business is well above the level of skill of the therapist. At no point did my therapist (Veronica Olson) even scratch the surface on any of the topics I had discussed coming to therapy for after multiple sessions. When I saw all of her education I made the mistake of assuming she would be worth the investment but she is charging well beyond her true skill level.
