My recent stay and ease of using the business lounge was top-notch. I needed to make a quick work deadline and having use of the space that was quiet, had ample room to spread out and plug in my laptop was wonderful. The atmosphere was inviting and conducive to getting everything done in time. Drinks and snacks in the lounge were a welcoming touch!
Nice location walking distance to many restaurants. Updated rooms and large gym. Outdoor roof-top pool. Great steak restaurant and Starbucks in lobby. Very good service.
The hotel was clean but it was missing personality, comfort and elegance. Felt like an office and as an interior designer it was too stark. Even the color scheme 2as too dark. Otherwise it served it purpose.
Great location. Rooms are mid. Front desk employee is pompous, arrogant, rude and lazy. Came in town for a concert the night of 10/26 and was treated horrible by the front desk. Construction all over was awful too.
To be fair I didn't stay. Went to J Gilberts before Mumford and Sons concert and parked in the garage of the hotel. Stopped by hotel to get water after the concert and the rude guy working the front desk said they were out. My group saw him giving water to other people plus they have a store with pop and water. We gladly would have bought water but just left after he rudely said they were out. While I was in the bathroom waiting for friends I saw the little man get more water haha.
