This hotel is insanely nice. All the amenities you could ever want. 5 star high end gym. Great service. High end steak house. Starbucks. Friendly staff. Great views. Morgan and Devon assisted me at 2 am when I had to check in after an awfully long day. I needed assistance and them being insanely over the top great employees they came to my room to drop off the needed item so I could focus on unpacking and getting ready for my next day in 5 hours. I highly encourage you to book their corner rooms here. I didn’t want to leave.
It was mostly very high 90 to 100 degrees the weekend we were there. Decided to stay inside the hotel and took advantage of hotel amenities. The gym was quiet and has all equipments I normally use at my home gym. Love the outside pool too. Love that no carpet in the room . Airport transfer included and comes very frequently.
I'm a Marriott lifer and this was one of the top "Marriott" stays I've had (marking Marriott to denote Marriott, JW, W, other Marriott brands). First of all, the entire hotel was clean. From the lobby, to the walkway from the parking garage, conference center floor, to our room. Not a single piece of trash or anything noticeably out of repair. Bird Poop all up and down the side of my car. That’s all I remember. They charge $25 to Self-park in their ramp. They charge $30 to use their so called valet service. No mention of this before booking and there’s no other parking nearby. Their “service” is managed 3rd party. My new vehicle was returned to me covered in bird doo doo. When I asked for help, I was told by the valet “I wasn’t the guy who parked it”. My advice—stay at the YMCA. You’ll get better service.
