Update: Life has kept me busy, I DO have the right guy. But I am very aware of my legal means, and I said nothing inaccurate. So if you want to let your "legal team" know I called out the truth, by all means, do so! Initial message: Is he burnt-out? Maybe. Or just terrible at communicating and scheduling? Maybe. Not a good combo to be bad at when running a business. Response to owner- you did sell me the hot tub and promised it worked. Keep it up Kieth your scam days are over Will not return my phone calls told me I am buying a used Hot Tub that worked and was in perfectly good working condition upon filling it. Obviously it was leaking in multiple areas. Stated he would come back and fix it. No problem came back once and since has never returned my phone calls Tried to be respectful, knowing that this is his side job. Please fix this issue Keith Bockmann.

He told me he would come the next day but didn’t show. When I asked if he was coming I got a response of nope had a surprise job. He did not try to reschedule until the next day after I had already had someone move my hot tub. Terrible communication. Response to the owner. My wife had plans we cancelled because we thought you were coming. Everyone is busy, not just you.
