I was initially impressed with this company based on their responsiveness and communication but once they got their check they did not follow-up on their warranty and workmanship that needed addressing. I have reached out to Scott and/or his staff on a few occasions to address some areas of concern. They initially indicate they will be out, and then no one shows up and I don't hear back from him (or anyone).
