Fantastic crew, excellent job! I needed to have them visit multiple times due to liaising with my property management and a measuring concern. But we finally resolved all issues and they installed (toilets, shower heads, new faucets, a vanity, and carried out a water valve repair). It was a bit of an investment, but I'm pleased with the results. Thanks to Omaha Emergency Neighborhood Water Heaters for being so patient, timely, and meticulous! We experienced burst frozen pipes on Christmas Eve. Roman was dispatched from Omaha Emergency Neighborhood Water Heaters and came to our rescue on Christmas Day, thereby salvaging our holiday. He was meticulous and walked us through every step he took to locate the leaks. Roman also kept us continually informed about the evolving charges.
