I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Omaha Emergency Neighborhood Plumbers. For a long time, our second floor bathroom plumbing wasn’t working right and kept getting worse. We had other plumbers come out before and charge us hundreds of dollars for repairs that didn’t solve anything. Some even said we needed to replace major parts, which just didn’t sound right to me. When Nolan from this company arrived, he quickly figured out the real problem as soon as he walked in. He fixed everything i... read more

As landlords, we recently had an urgent plumbing situation at our rental property. It was late in the evening on Labor Day, just after our new tenants had moved in. While finishing up renovations, we realized the previous owner had set the water pressure much lower than it should have been. Wanting to make sure our tenants had good water pressure, we adjusted the pump to the proper setting. My old toilet was barely hanging on—there was a lot of rust on the bolts, and the seal around them was completely worn out. When I tried to clean it, the tank ended up emptying all over the bathroom floor. I called the plumbing company the same week, and they sent someone out that day to help. He knew exactly what he was doing, clearly explained... read more

The person on the phone was very friendly and quickly sent out Marvin to check things out. Marvin took off the front cover of my tankless unit and had me run the hot water. Even after a few minutes, the water stayed cold. He explained that the problem was actually a valve issue, not the tankless heater itself. Marvin found the right valve and fixed it up r... read more

I work for a local contractor in Omaha and finding Omaha Emergency Neighborhood Plumbers has truly been a relief. Knowing I can rely on them as an extension of my own team is a huge help. Recently, we had a plumbing issue at one of our existing accounts in Omaha, where a roof drain was leaking behind the wall. The problem seemed like it would be very tough and disruptive to repair. Nolan and his team proposed lining the pipe instead of tearing out several floors, which saved my customer thousands of dollars and avoided a lot... read more
