I've helped several of my clients build with Omaha Easy Living. They offer a villa w/ mowing and snow removal included in the HOA with a basement and the ability to fence your yard - both things are harder to find than you would think when downsizing and looking for a villa! And it's in a great, and much needed price point.

If you’re looking for low-maintenance, new construction, this is a quality home.
Sod company does not come and fix sod. Deep holes that could cause a serious accident. Someone could be sued ?
