No complaints with the nurses or Dr. Edmunds. Her & her staff were absolutely wonderful. I was an extremely nervous mama too with my 15mo old getting tubes. Her nurses were amazing with not only me, but comforting my daughter after surgery. Unfortunately the gal at the front desk has given us the wrong time for multiple appointments at the main office. We’ve had to either cancel or wait for our appointments. Glad we were referred by our pediatrician Dr. Whitcomb.
I am genuinely disgusted by my experience at this office today. We spent thousands of dollars here to have my son’s oral ties corrected. When I requested a follow-up appointment due to his speech delay, simply to ensure everything healed properly, I was told during the confirmation call that our appointment was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:24 and was then informed that the appointment had been marked as 2:15, that we had missed the 15-minute grace period, and that they had already moved on to the next family. I received a call from a nurse informing me that surgery had been scheduled for my 8-year-old son, and she needed to discuss the procedure and what was expected. Confused, as I had not arranged this appointment and was unaware of it, I contacted Dr. Edmunds' office to clarify the situation. To provide some context, my ex and I share custody of our children and both possess legal rights, meaning he cannot make such decisions without my consent. From the moment I walked it the staff was attentive professional. Kristin the audiologist does an amazing job of setting up the hearing aids and programming them in my phone. It is easy to get appointments in a timely manner. It is amazing to hear clearly now, I wish I had done it 5 years earlier.
