I have been coming there maybe 3 years. One day, I noticed something dripping from my engine. Concerned, I drove it right to car care. The man at the counter went out to look. I did not have an appointment. To my relief, it was a normal AC dripping. The man was very nice about it. I was not charged.
Tom was extremely pleasant but having some real issues that have never had with this car in 7 years.
I can't say enough about the staff and help we got from Omaha Car Care! Hands down best customer service from a car place I've ever dealt with. And a bonus they made my kids happy by giving them each at match box car! Highly recommend to everyone
I love this place! My kids love coming because they have a separate room with a TV they can watch and couches AND they give them a hot wheels car. They are kid friendly, quick, and do great work.

We moved to Omaha 3 years ago, and not knowing any repair shops, I was recommended by neighbors to bring our vehicles to House of Mufflers, (don't let the name fool ya, they do everything). They have been servicing all of our vehicles for over 3 years now. Twelve days before Christmas, I hit a high curb and did some major damage to my SUV. Tire, rim, axle, bumper.
