They don't know how to do alignments. Didn't even know what model my vehicle was. No test drive after alignment . No mileage or time in and out the shop door. No exlaination why they let me drive this home with it completely out of specs. Wanted me to take it back to same shop that couldn't get right the 1st time! What you think I'm stupid. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

Took a vehicle in to have FRONT shocks installed. They installed BACK shocks! Their fault & they made no effort to make things right for us. Bad way to do business. So disappointing.
I came in cause my headlights weren’t working and the crew here diagnosed the problems and fixed it all within 2 hours. Excellent work from the team and awesome customer service from the front desk. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them. Thank you O.C.C

Never been more impressed with a repair shop. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle but wanted to have it inspected first. Mike got me in same day for the inspection and was completely honest and transparent in their findings. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle based on what was found. I'm sure we would've ended up with a lemon if not for them. I will definitely be sending more business their way and have already been recommending them to family and friends.
Omaha car care used to be my go to place for car needs. I trusted the technicians and quality of work. However in the last year and a half/two years, they have really gone downhill. My company stopped contracting our car work through them for unprofessional behavior. I personally was told that I needed 450-600$ worth of work on my car ASAP otherwise I’d be super unsafe, only to find out that nothing was wrong with my car. Definitely recommend getting a second opinion on anything this location has to say.
Shredded a tire on my trailer and they got us back up and running within 15 minutes hell of a great group of guys! Thanks again!
