Totally unresponsive to requests for a choice of colors on a blind they had chosen, ordered and installed. This fellow ignored my follow up requests that they do what they had said would be done.

Steve was very responsive and creative when it came to helping me get blinds repaired or replaced on my motorhome. He even came out to my campsite at Two Rivers Recreation Area outside of Omaha and did the work. I will call him again and highly recommend his services.
