Good service, friendly staff, didn’t charge anything for a quick fix of the gears.
Great service, knowledgeable staff and they have a lot of amazing bikes on the floor. Also, after-sale service and the quality of the mechanical service are 5 star.
After several really poor experiences with the mechanics here, I won’t be back. Shame as they sell amazing gear and seem like lovely people. The last straw was when they wanted to charge me for a new wheel to fix a strange noise. The noise turned out to be from a snapped chain stay - as in a broken frame - which somehow they didn’t spot. Edit to say this was in June 2024. Not 2022.

I have shopped with Omafiets for a few years and cannot endorse them enough - great quality product, very competitive prices, helpful and friendly staff, quick dispatch. they truly go the extra mile. Highly recommended!
