Helpful and friendly, great for touring cyclists with a Rohloff hub.
Super helpful, friendly staff
Very disappointing experience. I came from interstate to go to this shop to look at bike packing gear. It was disappointing because1. they they have lots of staff, they seemed reluctant to want to help people 2. 2 they didn’t have stock of two things I was looking for,’ 3. The staff member that I eventually got help from didn’t have a have clue what she was talking about m. I went in there to buy 4 or 5 items and walked out with nothing.
I’ve been a customer at Omafiets for a few years and they continue to be my go to bike shop. Knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. And willing to drop other things when you need help.
