Had an appointment booked with John, went there and he had already went home. We drove for 40 minutes to get there, so I called him and he said he was not at the office, that he did have an Anna booked for 5 but for some reason left anyway. He said he'd call me back but that never happened.
Very rude answering the phone, dog was barking in background and sounded like she was having lunch and too busy to talk to me. Very unprofessional. Looks like a home office, spoke to Melody and was asked to call back a little later. No thank you!
I spoke to one of this corporations agents i believe his name was Ray, He was very rude and was making a lot of assumptions, seemed to busy to be bothered to answer my questions. Not very professional at all. Im not saying all agents are bad how ever if there is one bad egg then there are sure to be more! I would never recommend this mortgage company.
