Chris stopped by and gave me a bid on removing a 35’ tall dead pine. The price was within reason. But I wasn’t ready to move forward. Chris then sent me a copy of there bid and liability insurance. My neighbor across the street had just had a pine removed by other guys, they tore up his yard with there skid steer loader. Communication: excellent. Received a call just after hitting send on the website. Tech's communication was great, before arrival and during the visit/quote. Worked through horrible weather to get a solid time/date and they were on time. I was very happy with the quote process. They understood I was on a budget but needed to get the tree away from the roof before storm season. Wow… Professional, Responsible, Good price, perfect service 200% satisfy…
Stump grind was not done properly . Thick roots were left that I had to worry about myself . Wanted to pay them to do another small tree that way they could re do the area that was left from the previous one . But no reply to my messages from Chris . Guess they wanted to just leave it unfinished regardless of getting paid more .
Professional. Safe. Affordable. I would hire these guys again if I had more trees.
