Luisa is an OT assistant not a therapist. They do not have any therapists according to Brindha Mehta who is the owner. This entire company is one OT assistant Luisa, who was not committed to my child or his well being. As a mother I am so appalled. My child is no longer using their services.
I do not recommend OM therapy. Specifically Ms Luisa who came to my home 15 times for private sessions and left my sons playroom a mess. Rarely brought supplies (used all my sons items in the play room) and then cancelled my sons therapy when I politely requested her not to do these things. Worst of all she never said goodbye to my son who still is wondering why she abandoned him. I am a mother and a doctor and I understand how to treat patients. This company does not.
OM Therapy has been important to my son’s development. My son worked with his assistant therapist (Louisa) for 4 months on fine motor development. After the initial assessment there were discrepancies about which services he needed, but we were able to get on the same page after a few sessions. The next issue was scheduling. The best place and my opinion is really honest, Brinda and her staff were literal angels to help my child, incredible professionalism, they came to my child with great tenderness, and respect, my infinite gratitude to you Brinda , Luisa y Lupe God bless you ladies.😍😍😍
I was very pleased with the consultation I had with Brinda Mehta OT. She took the time to listen and understand where I was coming from. As a concerned parent I wanted to make sure I was getting as much information as I could to make the best decisions for my child. Brinda took the time to explain behaviors, tools, and strategies. It was very personalized and I felt as though she actually cared. I look forward to speaking with her again.
