As a retired professional ballet dancer, I have high standards for body work. Jayme gave the best massage I’ve ever had! I had never felt so relaxed. Her gentle touch coaxes your body to release so much tension, rather than digging in and building resistance. Can’t recommend enough!

I recently saw Jayme for my first Reiki treatment and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. She is also an excellent massage therapist, but I think the Reiki was even more relaxing than massage. When I left her studio I felt light and yet grounded at the same time. Her treatment space is cozy and comfortable and Jayme's presence is warm and reassuring. I highly recommend her for both massage and energy work.

Jayme is an incredibly intuitive guide when it comes to Reiki. She helps me with the flow of energy to, from and within my body. Reiki provides much needed balance while at the same time supports healing which for me is surrounding a couple of heart breaking losses in recent years. I felt stuck before my most recent session and afterwards felt an overwhelming sense of relief/energized. Jayme's space feels safe, warm and nurturing.

I just finished a reiki session with Jayme and I practically floated out the room. It was my first time doing a reiki and Jayme made me feel immediately comfortable. She added in some massage too, hot towels, and my good smells and essential oils. The word 'lovely' just kept popping into my mind. I'd highly recommend.
