I have seen Jayme multiple times and will continue to see her for massage and reiki work! She always works very intuitively with my body as well as addressing any issues I may be having. I leave feeling amazing every time. I absolutely LOVE the singing bowls she incorporates into her work as well

Jayme gave me the best 90 minute massage this afternoon, immediately I knew I was in the best hands upon greeting until we parted. She has such a warm, genuine energy to her and her technique was flawless. She really knows her stuff! I felt completely comfortable in her care and am already looking forward to my next appointment! I would strongly recommend her services to all my friends and family. ❤️

As a retired professional ballet dancer, I have high standards for body work. Jayme gave the best massage I’ve ever had! I had never felt so relaxed. Her gentle touch coaxes your body to release so much tension, rather than digging in and building resistance. Can’t recommend enough!

I recently saw Jayme for my first Reiki treatment and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. She is also an excellent massage therapist, but I think the Reiki was even more relaxing than massage. When I left her studio I felt light and yet grounded at the same time. Her treatment space is cozy and comfortable and Jayme's presence is warm and reassuring. I highly recommend her for both massage and energy work.
