Booked a sunset cruise with Om and planned a trip down to Charleston around that booking. The morning of the scheduled sail I received a text message that they were having engine problems and could no longer fulfill the booking. I get that things happen. Why this is a 1 is they proceeded to not respond to any other communication from me. We rented this sailboat 2 weeks ago & it was awesome! Captain Matthew was so polite, full of Charleston knowledge, witty, loves his job! He was an awesome captain, very safe & experienced. The sailboat was amazing. So roomy & cozy. He had everything we needed from waters, ice, yeti cups, etc. He even had a nice smelling candle lit in the kitchen.
