My facial from Sophie was unbelievable! So relaxing and the products were spectacular. Dina has done such a great job with OM relaxation spa!
I came to OM for a prenatal massage but unfortunately found the experience lacking in several areas. While the facility was clean and the masseuse was kind with a relaxing technique, the overall setup for a prenatal massage wasn’t ideal. As someone who’s pregnant, proper support is essential, but my head, upper body, and legs weren’t properly elevated, making it less comfortable than it should’ve been. The massage therapists were kind and attentive, but overall, the massage was just okay—I didn’t feel deeply relaxed. It might be due to the type of oil they use; it didn’t have a pleasant scent and didn’t feel rich or soothing. Overall, it was an average experience.
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. I had a lash lift and tint. During the process the chemicals got into my eyes, as you can imagine hurt badly. When she was done my bottom lashes were bent upwards and some sideways. My top lashes not as bad some were going sideways and they were not fanned out pretty more clumped together.
