This place is CLEAN, from the mats to the saunas, everything is so well kept. Instruction is fantastic and people are kind. As a small female, I would recommend.
FINALLY got around to visit this hidden gem in the heart of Huntington Village. My boys took their first ever Jiu Jitsu class and loved it. They loved it so much that we returned the next day for their second class and then I got to experience the outdoor garden and bathing area for some peace and restoration. I can’t wait to visit again and again and experience it through all of the seasons. Highly recommend!!!!
"Om Zen Garden" with its Hot tubs… ..cold plunge and infrared saunas.. Phenomenal for body aches and pains.. arthritis & Any sports injuries.. Mark and coacheing staff hands on & insightful with..jiu-jitsu, wrestling & judo etc.. Love this space!
I’ve been a member of OM and Zen Garden in Huntington Village for the past year, and I can confidently say it’s been a life-changing experience. I initially joined for the incredible bathhouse, sauna, cold plunge, and spa, but I quickly discovered my passion for jiu-jitsu. Originally came to OM&Zen for the outdoor cold plunge and saunas and immediately became a full member taking movement classes (BJJ, kickboxing and flex).Very clean facilities and great coaches all around. Paired with a clean diet, I lost 30 lbs and changed my body composition in 3 months. OM&Zen has been a life changer.
