On President’s Day, after hours of freakishly strong winds, I noticed about ½ dozen roof shingles in my backyard. In looking at my roof from afar, I could not see any obvious bare spots where shingles may have come loose, but I didn’t want to take any chances given all the rain we keep getting so I called O’Lyn to have someone scope it out. Olyn Roofing replaced my roof nine and a half years ago. I was thrilled with the job did, their cleanliness, and that they showed up, and finished, when they said they would. Recently (Nov 2024) I changed my Homeowners Insurance. The new Insurer had an app to do self-inspection. Based on the pictures I took their underwriter canceled the policy claiming, "The dwelling has granular loss on the roof". The flat roof on my sunroom had a poor repair after tree damage about 5 years ago and was leaking. O'Lyn rep came promptly, assessed what was needed, explained all procedures, and expedited the replacement. Workers were prompt, capable, and friendly - and I am assuming the roof will hold up well for a long time.

O’Lyn recently replaced a flat rubber roof on my house. They really did a great job. The team was professional and efficient in doing the work. There are always surprises in working on a 1920’s era house, but they figured it all out. The weather did not cooperate with us, but John really went the extra mile to get the job done as quickly as possible. Thanks!
