Perfect place to run minorities to the ground. Management is incompetent and couldn’t care less about your welfare. 56 hour work week is where I drew the line and quit on the spot. No regrets.
Stressful, underpaid, underappreciated, unfair, incoherent work environment with an utterly clueless and toxic supervisor in the Estimation Dept. Repair Dept Sup is good though, so if given the choice I'd go with that dept. However, the company itself is full of empty promises and management talks out of the side of their mouth (says one thing but means another). There is a massive turn over rate that I've never witnessed ever before.

Olympus company is great to work lots of unwanted overtime , but who ever start working there please remember that Management can fire “ terminate “you anytime because of nonsense reasons examples- if you Laugh with coworker that’s according to them is big offense because you did not follow core value. So management won’t like you because may be you are Foreigner and some different Raise .they are waiting for just for that moment.
