Yesterday was my first time and other than a bit crowded I loved my day. I went with 2 of my dearest friends from my teen years to celebrate the year of turning 60. We had the body scrub in the morning then lunch. I will agree the restaurant was packed but the food was good. We had body moisturizing with facials in the afternoon. I really enjoyed my experience because of Joyce who did both the scrub and moisturizing treatments. She is fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable and safe in a new experience. A new and amazing experience for me I love the scrub I love the massage I love the pools I love the sauna rooms however the restaurant was too small too cold and food was barely edible with very long waits
My husband surprised me this Christmas with a body scrub and massage. I spent 5 hours there and had a wonderful time. It does get pretty busy, but I was able to try all the rooms and pools as well as the restaurant which was reasonably priced and delicious. The pool and restaurant do get noisey but the rooms are very quiet. Will definitely be returning and hope to try the nail salon and other services they offer next time!
It was a great experience the couple times I have gone. This visit there were multiple people not following the rules of being quiet and it was very hard to relax in the pool area due to this. Staff did not ask them to be quiet. The staff upfront also over charged me for my services and had I not added a water bottle I would not have been made aware. My massage and facial were both amazing! All areas were clean.
Never been to anything like it. A haven for women. Amazing experience.
