After years of dealing with Achilles tendon issues, Paul is the first physiotherapist that I have seen who made me feel truly listened to in regards to my history, fitness level, and goals. Paul is absolutely brilliant. He is patient, really knowledgeable, good humoured and does his absolute best to get the desired outcome for his patients. Both my partner and I have seen him and are so happy to have found such a great physio.
Highly recommended! I came to Paul after seeing a few other physios, and he quickly identified the root cause of my pain. He gave me great exercises that helped relieve the pain and regain my strength.
Paul is a very knowledgeable and thorough physio! Would highly recommend him to others if they have injuries. He has helped me a lot through his rehab programmes and soft issue massage.
In November 2024, after a year of spin classes and completing both the London and Berlin marathons, I herniated a disc in my spine.
