I made an appointment with Paul following a fall when I injured my knee and hand/wrist. I had not gone to A and E as suspected a sprain but I was still in pain two weeks later. Not only did Paul help me enormously with tests, massage and prescribed exercises, he also tested my hand to see if I'd broken any small bones in a way that put my mind at rest without spending hours in hospital. Pain lessened immediately after the first appointment and exercises quickly made a big difference. Paul is personable, helpful and professio... read more

Paul who owns the business was very impressive from the get go. I had a rugby injury where I couldn't raise my arm. From just looking at me, Paul was able to spot the issue and talk me through what was causing the pain. After a few sessions, I regained full use of my shoulder. He gave me exercises to strengthen the shoulder and prevent the injury from coming back. Would 100% recommend Olympus Physiotherapy.

I had a finger injury that made it impossible for me to do my job, but thanks to Paul, I was able to fully recover. From the very beginning, he showed great professionalism; he tailored the treatment to my needs and explained the entire process clearly. Thanks to his help, I was able to use my hand normally much sooner than I expected. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing excellent physiotherapy care.

Tried cupping and acupuncture with Paul at Olympus and it was honestly a game changer. I came in with tight shoulders and lower back pain, and left feeling looser and more balanced. Paul really knows his stuff—super professional but also easygoing, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re around Old Street or Angel and need proper recovery work.

Most people (and that includes me before I was seen by Paul) probably don’t know why they need a top calibre physio. Paul is professional, courteous and knew exactly what was wrong quickly, and he hasn’t only fixed me, he’s improved me from before injury. Prevention and development is better than cure so I now work with Paul to make sure I don’t get injured and keep improving and pushing myself.
