I had a finger injury that made it impossible for me to do my job, but thanks to Paul, I was able to fully recover. From the very beginning, he showed great professionalism; he tailored the treatment to my needs and explained the entire process clearly. I made an appointment with Paul following a fall when I injured my knee and hand/wrist. I had not gone to A and E as suspected a sprain but I was still in pain two weeks later. Not only did Paul help me enormously with tests, massage and prescribed exercises, he also tested my hand to see if I'd broken any small bones in a way that put my mind at rest without spending hours in hospital. Paul who owns the business was very impressive from the get go. I had a rugby injury where I couldn't raise my arm. From just looking at me, Paul was able to spot the issue and talk me through what was causing the pain. After a few sessions, I regained full use of my shoulder. He gave me exercises to strengthen the shoulder and prevent the injury from coming back. Would 100% recommend Olympus Physiotherapy.
