This place is heaven!!! Every apartment we worked with prior kept passing us around different leasing agents, we could never get a straight answer and our move in dates were always delayed. Not here!! The staff here were incredibly helpful and consistent. Our leasing agent, Skye stayed on top of every task and document we shared with her and took no more than an hour or so to respond. Beware!!!! I applied, got denied and then got a bill for $300 for app and admin fees! Hmmm...charging me after the fact and after a denial? I don't want to even imagine how many "hidden" and "extra" fees there would be if I actually had gotten the apartment! And wow talk about adding insult to injury!?! No thank you!!! And their sister property has been spamming my email wanting me to apply!?! Not getting another $300 bill and denial!?! This is insane!
Great complex! staff is and always invested with taking care of tenants. They made any issue I had like it was their own personal issue…. The pool is .
I love coming down here to the leasing office. Sky, Nicole, Stacy, and Grace are always so nice and actually care about me as a person. The pool is gorgeous and I love going by the pool to just sit and relax everyday. I love where I live and would recommend this community for anyone to live! If you want office staff that cares about you and the community, this is your place!
