I've been living here for half a year now and I'm not sure where these 1-star reviews are coming from! Olympus Hudson Oaks provides great amenities and the staff always do their best to help each and every resident. Every maintenance request I've put in was addressed quickly and although I haven't had the pleasure of attending one yet, the team is always hosting so many fun events to bring the community together and show they care! I would definitely recommend this place when shopping for a new apartment
I HAVE NEVER LIVED HERE OR NEAR HERE AND HAVE A FRAUD ACCOUNT UNDER MY NAME AND IS IMPACTING MY LIVING SITUATIONS AND MY CREDIT. THEY GAVE ME A CONTACT NUMBER FOR A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY AND TURNS OUT IT DOESNT EXIST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE
Cons: Horrible parking, tons of hidden fees added every month, the office NEVER answers the phone once your number is registered as a resident, maintenance marks stuff as completed before actually coming by so it’s impossible to track service requests, gates have issues so you get locked out sometimes, the bush league employees are insanely annoying and loud at night, Their employees will throw footballs down the main strip at midnight while hitting cars then laugh at you when you ask them to stop. Hi, good afternoon. I lived in this apartment for a year and nine months, and I truly have nothing but great things to say. My time there was amazing, and I only moved out because I had to relocate to another city for work. I’m extremely grateful to everyone there. It’s a very family-friendly, cozy community, and the apartment itself is beautiful. I don't recommend anyone live here. The girls in the office are always having problems with the system and overcharge you on your rent bill, month after month. It's outrageous how shameless these people are. Don't rent here because the apartments aren't as promised, and they only come to fix things when you've completely lost the desire to live here. Don't waste your money. There are much better options.
