Update***** This charge for admin fees $303 (I was denied within 15 minutes of filling the app out online) has now shown up on my credit report! Not only was I immediately denied BEFORE payment was completed (not my fault the staff didn't follow procedure and collect payment), but now it will be a future issue when and if I try to relocate. This company is not concerned about the residents, filling the apartments or creating future tenants. It's about the admin fees for less than half an hours work. I absolutely LOVE living here!! The staff is amazing ! Super friendly and They have always checked in with me to make sure everything is ok whenever i have a maintenance request, Thanks again to Kyle Dobbs for handling maintenance in such a timely matter!! Also the pool is BEAUTIFUL and very well maintained. Also the staff frequently have little events for example pool party/bbq., food trucks, ice cream socials etc etc. making it easy to get to know your neighbors. Honestly I don't live here, but visiting my mom every time makes me wish I did! They truly take care of every single resident here. Not to mention how immaculate everything is, down to the trash pickup they got!!!! I haven't seen the pool yet, but I will keep yall updated once I visit tomorrow! Not to mention alot of the people i came across who live here, have always been friendly!
