Do NOT go to this health spa for anything, especially COVID-19 testing. The company is not transparent before providing the test and does NOT send you, or info you if they are in-network or out of network until months later. This needs to be discussed before providing service, not 30 plus days later with a bill that is thousands of dollars. They are not in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, who insures a high percentage of the State. Just go somewhere else who is more transparent about their billing!

Don’t go to this place for COVID test. They said they will give the results in 24-48hrs , but they didn’t. And no response from customer service. And their centers are closed today without information.

Please read and take the negative reviews seriously! My recommendation is to not use this company for their services. They do not provide the potential client/patient with informative customer service; as you can see from other reviews. Sadly, I used them for COVID-19 testing and regretted the experience. The clinician did not communicate in any way or form about the services they were providing, especially the cost. There is a reason this place only has 1 star. I would give 0 if I could. First of all their address is wrong, it took about an hour to find this place, when we only took an hour from working in actual health care ER. Then they wanted to charge us EACH 400$ for a COVID test, AND told us they don’t except insurance when on their website, they say that they do.
