I came to The Olympus Gym knowing absolutely nothing about gyms or structured workouts. I've spent most of my life working blue-collar jobs and never felt comfortable in gym environments until i found this gym. Alan, the owner, is incredible. I am a nurse who loves the Olympus dearly~~~. As a psych nurse, I often must learn to protect myself from escalating situations at work and requires heavy lifting skills to support patients at times. It helped me become a stronger person physically & mentally. Alan & Melissa are sincere, friendly & kind owners and clients love them. I left lifetime Fitness for Olympus and have absolutely zero regrets. If you are serious about lifting weights this is the right place. Their lifting equipment is far superior than lifetime, a dedicated separate area for lower body, friendly atmosphere. For me it was a game changer for sure, can’t recommend it enough.
