I’ve been coming to Olympus Fitness for over 5 years, and it’s hands down the best gym in the area. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the environment is welcoming and everyone from members to trainers is supportive. I got help with form, workouts and tips early on. That sense of community still hasn’t changed. There’s endless equipment and attachments, so you’re never limited and somehow it’s never overcrowded which makes every workout smooth and stress-free. Love this place
Overall it’s a nice gym, but on the treadmills they really need to set some time limits on users. Every day from 9-11 AM 3/4 treadmills get hogged by older people. When you hop on a treadmill next to them or walk by them they glare at you. When they walk together they also talk really loud where you can hear their full conversations through headphones with music playing.
