Dr Dodds and his staff are professionally competent, very thorough in assessing problems, and very personable.
Detailed explanation of eye issues and treatment, friendly staff and Dr. Dodds is cares and is professional.
The front office was very “professional” but not friendly or helpful. The lady at the Optical desk was the same. The first assistant I encountered was friendly, kind and cheerful. She was also understanding and explained things well. Dr Dodds was understanding and patient. I could tell he cared to make sure I had the right prescription. Thank you for taking your time to figure it out.
The entire staff was very friendly very helpful they have great customer service doctor dood did a excellent job explain everything very well so I know exactly what's going on with my eyes and what I should be doing
Treated me with dignity and professionalism. Very considerate and accommodating. Felt valued and my input was important. Excellent practice with skilled staff.
