Excellent service that was timely and thorough
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for an electric company before, but Olympus absolutely deserves one. My apartment complex sent them out because my closet light and an outlet stopped working, and they sent James and Jacob. I had an excellent experience with Olympus Heating and Air. Nick, Joe Angel, and Micah were my technicians, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Nick had the part I needed for my air conditioning unit that had been difficult to find. They took the time to answer all my questions. Called Olympus and they came out immediately. Micah was amazing! He was informative and took care of our HVAC needs. We really appreciated their timeliness and attention to detail.
I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company. Their quote was over $1,000 more than the other company who came and looked at our unit. That's an awfully big difference.
