Please carful and let your visitors to carefully think twice before visiting you at this horrible building. They towed my car while I’m parking at the visitor parking even though I registered my car. Please think twice before moving or visiting this building
They never spread salt when it snows. Not even maintenance staff. Never have snow plow trucks to come clean, and it's a small area. Nothing expensive to take care of. I can't even enter the roundabout before you get stuck in the snow. They also have shut down the water and heating for the last 24hrs. Unprofessional and unbelievable conditions to live in.
Most 90% of the residents smoke inside, which makes the air quality of the building very bad. There's fiber glass in the vents from old construction. The water filtration system of the building is horrible, I use a water distiller, and there's always chemical and metal residues. The building is old. The water plumbing is going bad, inside and outside the building. All the valves of the units are exploding, causing mold to build up.
