Timothy responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He arrived on time and provided me with updates as he was working. He takes pride in his work and the results were above my expectations. Payment via the portal was very easy. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

I had a great experience with Tim and his team from Olympus Carpet & Upholstery. They went above and beyond cleaning my two carpets and couch. Tim was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful! Highly recommend their services.
I was at my wits end. The a/c reservoir broke and flooded the full room size rug in my living room. The rug soaked up ALL the water and weighed a ton. I spoke with Timothy, and he was very helpful. The team showed up and got the rug out. The rug was dried, cleaned and came just came back - it looks great! Their teams were courteous, helpful, and on time.
Timothy and his team are awesome. They do what they promise (and more), they do it well and on-time. The communication is terrific and so is the product!
