A representative from Olympus Alarm company came to my home to provide us a quote on a custom alarm system. After discussing specific needs and given assurances Olympus could meet these needs, I was told I would quickly receive the bid. After 2 1/2 months and numerous attempts to contact the rep, I still have no bid. Only after five texts asking for a status on their commitment to provide me with a quote, I was told they were 6 weeks out on work and to go find another security company.
