Wanted to give a shout out to Ricardo! I’ve been dealing with some low back pain for several months. Have gone to a chiropractor and acupuncturist and they were unable to pinpoint the cause or get me any relief. After doing a quick assessment Ricardo was find the root of the pain any helped with soft tissue tissue work, stretching, and gave me some exercises to do at home to work on getting my back loosened up. The knowledge Ricardo has is next level. Highly recommend working with him if you have any pain/injuries.
I've been going to Iconix Gym for six years now, and honestly, it's one of the main reasons I've stayed in Long Beach. Where else can you get a solid workout steps from the beach with a laid-back, SoCal vibe? The equipment is decent—not the newest, but it covers everything you need. This gym really deserves its name. It has all that “Californian vibe” that many like me around the World seeks. Staff members are cool, high professional people and friendly. This is a place where I really like to go everyday, no joke! (sorry for my English🤷🏻♂️🤣) See you around😉
