Clean facility. Friendly staff.
lol came here to complain about a driver speeding on mckellips near Gilbert road. Road merges and the person driving almost hit me just to cut me off even tho I was already going slightly above the speed limit. Drivers seem to be a big issue for these guys- maybe implement some sort of gps system to track speeding bc these 1 star reviews aren’t doing you any favors
I would like to make a complaint regarding one of Olympic West Fire’s drivers, specifically the driver of truck 142. At approximately3:45- 3:57 PM on I-10, I witnessed this driver operating the vehicle in a very unsafe manner, including using the HOV lane to pass other vehicles and changing lanes without using a turn signal. The driving was aggressive enough that there was almost an accident. I strongly encourage Olympic West Fire to take this incident seriously and review their drivers’ driving habits and safety practices. ... read more
Do you guys hire bad drivers intentionally? Based on the numerous other replies, it seems like it. Whoever was in truck 135 today, July 23rd, was driving like a complete jerk on the i10 towards Phoenix. He was speeding excessively, even through the construction zone; and was switching between lanes without a signal. You guys really need to get a handle on your drivers. Install dash cams and GPS, and take reviews seriously. It’s a terrible look on your company.
